7        Election of officers and trustees to the committee
  1. Chairman – John Rycroft is standing for re-election but new nominations are welcome
  2. Secretary – Greg Solomon is standing for re-election but new nominations are welcome
  3. Treasurer – Beatrice Dixon is standing for re-election but new nominations are welcome
  4. Maureen James – not due for re-election
  5. Sarah Taylor – new appointment being engaged
  6. Appointment of other Trustees and committee members:
7.7.1        A minimum of one more trustee vacancy needs to be filled, with appointments for an initial term of two years.

Proposed by Bea to ask Alan Anderson to independently review the accounts annually.
